As a Certified L.I.F.E. Coach, my approach is integrative, holistic, and co-creative. Inspired by my studies in energy healing and life long spiritual studies and practice, I work with each client to devise a plan that respects, acknowledges and embraces the client's wholeness, resilience and truth. Conscious Movement, Mindfulness and Flow of Energy

My teaching style emphasizes the meditative and healing aspects of yoga while adopting creative flows to challenge the mind and the body. Offering a range of options from Vinyasa, slow flow, and beginner to restorative and Prenatal yoga classes/privates, affords clients the opportunity to select from a variety of styles based on present need.

As an energy practitioner and sound healer, my intention is to provide a safe, nurturing, non-judgmental environment for the client to embark on a genuinely grounded physical and subtle energy body journey of svadhyaya (self-study).

Private sessions are crafted based on client's physical/mental/emotional needs and are grounded in the healing/meditative properties of yoga and/or other healing modalities. (See services or classes & workshop page for more details)

My philosophy is to empower individuals throughout the process of self discovery and healing. My teaching and coaching methodology consists of working with clients on multiple levels, from the physical to the most subtle with the interplay of movement and stillness - yoga and meditation; communication and energy healing; sound healing and silence. In this, we are truly acknowledging, exploring and embracing our wholeness.
